getting all this ore mounting up, go to the forge and don't see an option to make ingots? someone show me the light please....

Use the smelter, not the forge.

You need a melter. The easiest one is just right at Warmaiden's when you enter whiterun. It's the big half egg shaped thingy.

also i hope you turned all that iron ore into gold through transmute spell so it's actualy worth something to sell (and still skill points for crating)
