Does anyone recommend the easiest path to take as far as getting the best out of voice commands?

Maybe give me a list of the voice commands that most people never use/find to be useless VS. Useful ones?

Just got Kinect, specifically for this game, and I am trying to memorize the voice commands. There are allot, so I would like some suggestions for which ones to really memorize.
