Hi, I'm using the steam version of Morrowind and in the construction set, I can't move objects along the 'Z' axis. I tried holding the 'Z' key and moving the mouse up and down, but nothing happens.

Can anyone please help me?

Make sure you have the object selected, then hover the mouse cursor over that object, and then hold the left mouse button while you also hold Z.
Moving the mouse up/down should move the object along the Z.

If you have Snap to Grid turned on, some objects won't move unless you make large movements along the grid. If it's turned off you can move freely.

Thank you for the reply, but I tried that and nothing happens. Also the CS keeps crashing to desktop when loading my mod. This never happened on the disc version of Morrowind. The mod I'm working on is moving at a snail's pace because of this. Could it be WIndows 8.1 that's causing the problems?
