I am trying to finish the campaign but when I go to Chino to regroup with the vehicles it does nothing. I can enter the vehicle and run the guys over but other than that the game does nothing. Any way to fix this or am I just stuck with another buggy/glitchy game that EA spit out in order to make a buck off of gamers?

i've spent some minutes waiting there too, also right at the beginning of the mission when chino gives you the handgun. the marines just wouldn't continue, had to restart 2 times.
can't give you any more advice than to try again and again...

not to bring your hopes down, but i had a problem like that too in Killzone 3, but i never got that checkpoint, had to return that game.

EA support told me to clear the cache, i did it, nothing changed.

What a load of ****, pay for a game and i cant finish it.

I dont understand. YOu get into the car?. That means you go road rampage across the mini highway. You make the big jump down to a lower area. Then little over 30 secs you meet 2 marines popping red smoke. And you go from there.

Not that part; he meant after you kill your first Pinger in the square, then two Humvee come to pick you up. Also, you mentioned Chino, how about a spoiler alert, OP?

I went out and walked my dog for 30 minutes and came back and it was still in the same place...

Well for the part when he gave you the pistol, I simply walked ahead and they teleported to where I was but for the car part, I guess just wait it out or restart from the last checkpoint

ive already tried restarting to the last check point. i guess its just a case of me getting bent over and butt phucked by ea/crytek for $60.

I had this problem. I just had to keep trying and finally it worked. If you can't continue i found jumping off the top of the bridge killed me and then i could try again without going to the title screen. Hope this helped.
