When I start the BFG Edition it crashes before start.

But when I add +set r_fullscreen 0 it works. Can anybody help me?

I would love to play in 1080p, fullscreen...

What error does it crash with?

You might want to try deleting your config files in your doom 3 folder, there might be a configuration conflict.
