Yes, unless they make certain PvE stuff only able to get in Cyrodiil to get PvE players to participate such as materials for professions or something.

Yes. Now then, why would you even think you had to PvP if you didn't want to? Is the PvP negative hype really that off the wall?

Only way you might be forced into PvP if you didn't want it is if you went to Cyrodil to complete quests or search for crafting materials.

So if you don't want to be ganked, stay well away from Cyrodil.

well you get more skill points for pvping, and you find other materials out there..... so you don't have to PvP but..you'll have too if you want things

I PvPed for most of last Sunday and I didn't see very much in the way of materials in Cyrodil. A few Lions... I coulda just missed them but I didn't find a lot out there except other PvPers and a few NPC's to interact with...

I think some people think that the whole world is cyrodiil and that while they are doing quest they will be killed, let's just say that cyrodiil which is a pvp area is smaller than all the 3 alliances lands combine by far which they are pve. Once you finish all of the pve quests, etc in your alliance and your level 50 you can ALSO travel to the enemies lands without them attacking you. However if you feel taking a bit of a risk if you get bored of pve you can try cyrodiil for some quest that are there, but those are more designed for the people that like the risky quest challenges while also doing pvp.

To sum up the previous posts, yes, there is a ton of PvE in the game (including post-level 50, don't let anybody tell you different), and you never have to do any PvP if you don't want to.

You can't do ALL the content in the game without doing some PvP though. Obviously.
