I tried all fixes I found on internet but the console just won't open.

I recently tried it on my laptop and the console worked in first try, but the laptop is really slow, so I still want to fix it on this computer.

I am using windows 10 technical preview and was wondering if that could be the issue?

Any ideas?

P.S Same thing happens on Oblivion, but on Skyrim it works perfectly.
