I'm posting this because I see no new Game Informer thread since XV was locked.

Can people post chunks of the article but written in their own words? Like doing their own report on the article but not actually copying it word for word?

Can they also describe the pictures?

Yes, you can describe it all however you want, but links or descriptions where to see scans are going to incur the moderators displeasure.
