Can't pick up/move weapons

I can get weapons if they're in an inventory or I buy them, but I can't pick up/move/punch any that are just lying around. I can do that with other stuff, though. Could it be mod related? Here's my mod list.

Okay, this might help someone help me find a solution: Havok no longer applies to weapons. I went into the CS, put a weapon in mid air, ran a havok sim. Nothing. It didn't fall or anything.

EDIT: This is interesting...The SI weapons still have their physics and whatnot...Odd.

EDIT 2: Non SE weapons retain their physics when I drag them out of the list in the object window. The ones already in-game don't have theirs, though.

Never used it but the name caught my eye. Seems like it could affect picking up stuff. Perhaps it's wrongly installed/set up? Seems it requires OBSE as well - so check that.

I have OBSE, but I will try disabling EG and see if that works.

EDIT: Nope, didn't fix it.

Any ideas?

Could it have nothing to do with mods?

A bit of clarification, please.

Not picking them up - are you referring to the grab function or adding them to your inventory - or both? If it's both, my guess is that it's not a weapon any more, but a static.

Try opening the console and clicking on a vanilla weapon to see if has been replaced by a mod. If the first two digits are not "00" then it could have been replaced by a static. The prefix will also tell you which mod did it. Better yet, use FormidFinder or RefScope to get more details.

Okay, all of the weapons I clicked on with the console it has their name and then "000a"

Okay, I have good and bad news. The good news is: I reinstalled OB, played it vanilla, and it was fixed!

The bad news is: I started using OBSE and Open Cities and it's back to how it was. I tried playing it vanilla again without re-installing it, and it didn't fix it.

Any ideas? Please? I can't really play Oblivion properly until I get this sorted out. :(
