I have three Crysis games and can't play any of them. They have registered successfully. When I try to login, it says my password is incorrect though I know it isn't. Even if I try to change the password using the links, I am emailed a link where I'm supposed to go to change it. It directs me to a page that syas it's a one-time link and to press "OK". I do and I always get a dead page not found error. If I go back, it tells me the one-time link has expired. I have done this a dozen times or more and it's always the same. I have tried sending a support ticket and that does not work either. It does not report that it sent anything. The page just remains unchanged.

I would like to play games I have purchased or have my money returned for all three. I have Crysis, Crysis Warhead, and Crysis 2. I also have Battlefield 3 but have no problems with it.

Try to contact any of the Cry crew personal, or call EA support about it.

Like I said, I can't contact support and I'm not about to call them. I finally figured it out on my own. Apparently, somewhere along the way, Origin must have decided my nickname was too short so they changed it, but they changed it to my email address, leaving out the "@" symbol and the dot in the email and substituting spaces. So basically my "nick" was like: "myemail gmail com", which of course was an invalid nickname. Once I noticed this, I changed my nickname and it works.

It is very stupid for anyone to force nicknames to be six or more characters. If I want a single letter as my nick, this should be my right. There is no security reason for this; that's what a password is for. And why can't I use my Origin name for an Origin game? I have to make a different name just for the Crysis series games. So stupid.
