Can I Play?

Hi im from Turkey and i will play eso on ps4. Games like outlast and dc universe online arent able to play on Turkey. Is the ESO available for Turkey accounts?

I don't know... I couldnt play them on my Turkey account. I created American account and now i can play...

Might be an ISP issue. Some of the governments around the world do like to instruct their pet ISP's to block traffic to certain locations. Not sure in this case though.

Virtual Private Network

Basically it encrypts your traffic so your ISP has no idea what you are actually doing. Sends all of the traffic on a standard port, so they cant really block it unless they cut off your entire internet.

There are many services - the one I use is privateinternetaccess.com - its 6.95 a month.
