I have like five characters. Suddenly began running in place with one and no amount of old saves, switching to other characters-- NOTHING WORKS. EVERY CHARACTER RUNS IN PLACE. So many hours, wasted.

My game is literally broken and cannot play forward. Tried jumping and all of the obvious fixes. This is a PS3 game, and I loved it, but I want my money back if it is literally unplayable.

Well, you have no hope of getting your money back if you've opened it and played through 5 characters with it.
