Alright, i'm not normally one to moan about problems with games i've bought, I think that this is the first time even.
But please Crytek, can you please give us some sign that you have acknowledged the issue that SO MANY PEOPLE are having with their game randomly quitting on them and stating "Crysis2.exe has encountered an error and has to close" etc.

Because so far I have heard nothing about these crashes being fixed, and it seems the only logical thing at fault is the game itself, because people with all sorts of different specs/OS have been trying absolutely everything to fix them and to no avail.

I'm fine with minor annoyances when a game is first released, but not it being unplayable because the damn thing quits every other match. I've lost patience with it and I want to hear that it is under inspection and there will be a fix soon, so I can calm the fork down.

At first I wasn't on the side of the people who were moaning about you basing this game completely around the console versions and the PC version was just a cheap port, but now I seem to think they were right; there were problems with crashing on the console demo, you fixed it instantly, but there have been problems with people's crysis 2 crashing from the very start of the PC demo, and you let these crashes go on even after the release!

Please, just say you are doing SOMETHING.

He wrote that about 5 times in various threads. They know there are a ton of issues and they are working on them.

need to know why this game keeps crashing after 5 min of play. i played almost through the first part of the game and when i turned it off and came back to play it now wont get past the sub part b 4 it crashes, i mean my hard drive and keyboard and mouse just shut off. I have to use the power button to turn my pc off. whats the deal i paid 2 much for me not 2 play. any answers would be helpful im running a Athalon 64x2 dual core 5000+/ GeForce GTS450 OC with drivers updated/ and a Black Widow 850 psu/ and 4gb ram.

I'm having this problem too. I can run multiplayer perfectly, but on screens such as the XP screen and the loading screens i'll freeze up and my computer becomes unresponsive. What's the deal?

I have P4, it occurs every 2-3 maps in MP as "Crysis.exe" or dxd9.dll or something like that. I didn't even start the SP because of bugs and thiss crashing problem. But I can say that it's not about the rig. Even in top configuration, you can suffer from that error. Lots of people that have i5 or i7 conf. having this problem too. If you search "crashing" in forum you can see that. We better wait for tomorrow or weekend patch.
