I received a mail from origin few hours ago saying the pre-load is now available but origin says pre-load available 1st March and the game 6th March and here is what i got in the mail below:

Release Date: 21 February 2013

To download your game just visit the "My Games" section of the Origin. You will be sent an email on the release date when your game is ready to play.

and i tried to contact origin support and waited for more than 1 hour and no advisor was available

open origin > go to My Games > game should be there > right click "Preload"

If that doesn't work try exiting Origin then Re-openning and refreshing origin until it comes up, otherwise I don't know how else to go about it, but hopefully someone else does if it doesn't work
