I've been trying to purchase DLC from the in-game store since the first DLC pack came out. But everytime I go to purchase (US Dollars) it says that no purchase information can be found. Yet, when I check my profile, my Visa card is clearly registered here. In fact, this is the very first time this website wasn't so terribly broken that I couldn't access the forum to ask for help. I pre-purchased this game on Steam. I currently have Patch 1.9.

Any information you can provide in this regard would help.

The only solution I know is making a new account with new player login for crysis 2 makes it work at once.
I did it 2 weeks ago and it's works fine for me, but I need to restart the game from level 0:(
