I recently fixed an audio issue by downloading and installing the Silent Hill: Homecoming v11 patch for Fallout: NV.

But now I have another problem. I can't raise the AA or AF. I CAN change it in the launcher, FNV Configurator, and FOMM, but when the game is launched, the visuals appear to have no AA, and the visuals are terrible. The grass is also (for no reason) only one colour.
