So everytime I receive the Humble Cudgel the game fails to load after exiting the Sealed Sewers. It doesn't freeze it just remains on the loading screen indefinitely. I play on an xbox360, and I've tried older saves but to no avail. Any ideas? I'm doing a melee/unarmed playthrough so I really quite wanted to collect all unique weapons for both fighting styles.

Cajoling a Cudgel is an unmarked quest so it's perfectly valid to post it here. However is a mod wants to move it then go ahead.

yes its a spoiler i know, but its also a issue with ur game, which makes it a more viable option to put it in issues... anywayz i play on ps3 so cant help you with your xbox probz. next time buy a pc, i know i should have done that.

For my main character I decided I wanted to complete the game 100%, which included finding every unique item. I went specifically to the sewers to find it, then spent hours wandering the sewers looking for the right people and so, the whole time thinking "LOL WHY IS THIS HERE" because the sewers are SO suprisingly huge and somewhat detailed, yet NOTHING points you towards them. Was kinda fun to explore a corner of the game that has no significance, all for a unique weapon that isn't exactly powerful.

Don't speak negatively towards the Humble Cudgel. It is like, the best pipe in the game.

Does anyone know how to actually prevent a game from loading indefinitely like this though? I've had this problem before when loading a save straight from the main menu screen, where then you load a previous save from a different character and then load the save from the character you want, but obviously this is a situation where the loading is occuring due to transitioning from one area to another. I've tried exiting the sewers entirely and waiting for a day, I've tried saving and reloading the same save from inside the sealed sewers - all to no avail. It is really quite frustrating as I feel as thought the character would be incomplete without it. Also upon further review this would be better located in the issues forum, I'm new here so I didn't realise that would be the best place for it.
