It's been a while since I played Morrowind, and I searched the UESP but I couldn't find what I was looking for so I thought I would come here. I remember during one of my playthroughs of Morrowind that I found a cave and in it there was a Breton mage who had summoned a bunch of scamps, but he couldn't control them and they had killed all of his companions, and made a stew out of the bodies, and forced the mage to wear a dress and eat the stew. What is the name of that cave?

Also, I remember another (or maybe its the same cave) where you come across a female avatar of one of the Nine. Does anyone know the names of either of these places? I played the game on the original XBOX so I know they weren't mods.

The only place I know of where you meet a female avatar is the dunmer stronghold Berandas, you're sent there for one of the imperial cult quests

It's the quest for the Boots of the Apostle (I belive.) Better bring a scroll of Divine Intervention or two if you don't want to make a second trip back... And the boots should be useful in getting to her.
