Can't remove motion blur or dof? WTF?!

Taking out console commands to prevent people from essentially cheating by altering their config is one thing......

But taking out things like motion blur, depth of field, etc? Really? Did you ever even consider that those things make people sick when trying to play? Did you even consider that some people are running some older hardware that might need to tweak their graphics settings to get some decent fps?

So what gives?

Add +r_MotionBlur=0 to your launch options.

From what I understand that does not work. It worked in the demo but in the final game they have severely limited what you can change.

Add +r_MotionBlur=0 to your launch options.

Doesn't work

Executable Command Line: Crysis2.exe +g_skipIntro 1 +con_restricted 0 +r_MotionBlur=0 +r_DepthOfField=0

<19:35:42> [Warning] Unknown command: con_restricted
<19:35:42> [Warning] Unknown command: r_MotionBlur=0
<19:35:42> [Warning] Unknown command: r_DepthOfField=0

I don't understand, why are they doing all this things. Restricting use of the console, no advanced graphic options, minimum texture differences to consoles (check this out http://img10.imageshack.us/img10/5821/89946977.jpg ) etc. etc. etc.

One retarded choice after another!
