So, I decided to get the game, it's kinda fun so far, but I am wondering what the point of building settlements is if we can't repair or rebuild the houses and such. I know we can scrap ruined houses, but the buildings are all in a terrible state with leaves and such all over the floor, roofs filled with holes, broken doors, smashed walls etc. Is there any way to actually fix up the houses that cannot be scrapped?

You can build new walls where it's smashed up and replace doors I think

Hm, but I wanna be able to completely repair houses. At the very least, it'd let me know which houses in a settlement have yet to be renovated and made habitable.
