Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5800

Pretty good setup. Is it a laptop?

I can see your system running Crysis 2, but I don't know about "extreme" settings. I have yet to establish a feel for the limitations of hardware regarding this game, given it's graphics fiasco.

Looks good for you. (I don't know about the gpu, though)

But you could try this:
http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/

I use this often, and it's mostly right.

for comparison my pc:
Intel Quadcore Q8200 @ 2,33 GHz
6 GB RAM
W7 64bit HP
GeForce GTX 460

On my PC it runs with "extreme", with about 30 FPS. (with Vsync)
Advance runs with 60+ (again with Vsync, which decreases the FPs a bit)
