Can I run Oblivion on the lowest settings? : IV

I'm thinking about getting Oblivion for PC, but I need to know if I can run it on the lowest graphics settings.

Here are my specs:

OS - Windows 7 Home Edition 32-bit
Processor - Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.80GHz
RAM - 1.25GB
Video Card - Intel 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family

Barely, if at all. I wouldn't bother.
