Can I run OOO 1.36 with FCOM 1.0? And other such questions!

Hi everyone!



So, I wanted to go back to Oblivion to see what mods have came out since I stopped playing in late 2012/2013, but I have forgotten the tricks of the trade. I found a STEP guide that is dated from last year (http://wiki.step-project.com/User:Hishutup/OblivionGuide) and have been following it, but I just hit the FCOM section and am now paralyzed with indecision.



You see, every guide, including this one, says I should use OOO v1.35a, but v1.36 (and I guess 1.37?) has come out since this guide was published. Remembering all the.....fun.....that Oblivion can give when you stray from the beaten path when it comes to modding, I'm understandably hesitant to go with v1.36. However, my love of numbers increasing and new, shiny things is causing me to think long and hard about throwing caution to the wind and going with v1.36.



So, I ask you all, will everything catch fire if I install 1.36? Will I be ok? Am I very silly?

Edit: Moments after posting this, I find a blurb on the FCOM site that says it should be totally fine. Sooooooo......
