Can a save editor fix bugs?

Can a save editor like F4SGE be used to fix bugs?

Can it completely reset certain areas (like castle, which is bugged out for me for some reason) to their original, unbugged, undiscovered state?

If no one knows, I'll just play around with it anyways, a messed up save file with a gamebreaking bug is worthless anyways.

I would not use them unless it was the last thing to do and you need the game save. I personally have no problem with starting from scratch even from a character that has over 100 hours in it.

Game save editors for Skyrim has been known to cause issues in the game saves and I do not know if anyone knows how the game saves are handled this time around.

Eh, like I said, the corrupted game saves are worthless to me anyways. Not to mention, my saving style is excessive.

In other words, I'll have maybe 3 saves all at around X hours. I don't care about tampering with two of those saves to find out the possibilities of save editing.

The third one I'll keep just in case bethesda happens to patch the issue that plagues the save.
