Can a second camera object be set for a second monitor?

I am a programmer, but I have not really been involved in PC game modding for about 15 years. I was thinking about getting back into the swing of things with Skyrim, but I had a few questions about it: The first being if there are any resources I should look into for what I should study up on to mod, but aside from that I need to know if it is even possible to get the game to do what I want to do.

OK, so playing the game in 4k graphics and two monitors, I was wondering if I could set a camera object in another place that looks at the world from another perspective without having to redraw all the graphics already rendered.

As for why: I know there is an online mod to play with others over a LAN, and there is a coop mod in Alpha for a single computer, but I was thinking that it would be nice to play somewhere between the two. Use a single computer with two monitors, but each monitor displays different content. Once that can work you could have at least a variation of the coop mode where the second monitor is set to look through the eyes of the companion (or third person as desired). Range would obviously have to be limited since you don't want to have to render too much (although maybe adjustable range) and I would imagine that going through doors would cause both characters to be shunted, but it seems like it would be a more enjoyable experience since each player can really move around rather than compete for screen space. From there I imagine the next step would be setting it up so you can load a character from a saved game (really, just stats, appearance, items, etc.) and allow that character to be loaded up as the companion which can gain items and experience and maybe through memory edits at least it could be set up that the NPC responds the way it would to whichever player initiates the conversation. So it still has the files for one player, but swaps them in memory depending on which one is engaging the NPC. This way you can get a realistic experience of sharing the same world.

How doable is all that with the available tools though? Of course, at the simplest, having the equivalent of a rear view mirror for your character would be interesting.

P.S. --> I'm glad I always copy text before posting. Even though the forum rules specify what kind of links can be posted, when I tried posting this with references it told me I couldn't and lost everything I typed including tags. That's the kind of thing that probably should be informed in the forum rules section instead.
