Well, gameplay wise, all of those sound good...make note that Restoration is pretty much the slowest skill to level, so having it clogging up your Major Skills list isn't that great an idea. I'll tell you why you should have it in the Minor -- although you will use it to heal yourself and your allies, with Alteration you can use shield spells - and defence is the best offence in my opinion. Also, if you level the Minor Skill of Restoration ten times each level, and then level Destruction once or so, you will get the +5 boost to Willpower (I think. Check the wiki to be sure though).
Sneak and Illusion are best friends - casting a Chameleon spell to be able to move around without being seen, or invisibilty is awesome, and the ability to trick and beguile people will come in handy, and fits your tricky little character.
Blade and Block are hard to level - Blade more so than block, you need to work hard on Blade to get anywhere with it, and seeing as you are more of a magic-based player, I'd reccommend ditching block. Blade will help keep you alive, when you run out of Magicka, say, but you could also want to play around with something like Athletics, or Mercentalism.
Conjuration, Destruction, Alteration are all good choices and I reccommend you keep them....I'm not keen in Mysticism so much though - it can be a bit of a useless one.. but you might want it for RP-ing. Otherwise, I'd throw in Light armour, because you'll be wearing that often to cast good spells. That, or Alchemy -- it's still your choice. I'll elaborate at them -
Light Armour will protect you when you get hit, because even if you do have shield spells, at some point you'll be flustered and take a hit - and a weak mage character can die with just a few hits.
Alchemy will allow you to make potions for healing or stat boosting and poisons for your back-up dagger. There are lots of threads about the benefit of Alchemy too. I've chosen this one for you below.
So, in summary:
Marishk's Plainswalker - the BAugustus editionAlteration --
For shield spells and opening locksDestruction --
Destroy those in your path.Conjuration --
Conjure up Daedra to protect you.Sneak --
You are the essence of stealth - enemies won't even hear you coming.Illusion --
Beguile those around you, cast light where none exists and pierce the night with super vision.Blade --
When it all goes to a pile of poop, fall back on a trusty dagger - and poison it, in sneak mode, for the ultimate kill.Alchemy --
The natural resources about you can heal you or hinder your enemiesReally, it will come down to the Light Armour or Alchemy for that seventh skill for me. I know I've just reworked all of your skills, but at the end of the day, it is a game and you don't want to get to level 20 and realise halfway through fighting Minotaur Lords that you really needed some armour, or that a poison could have helped you.
I hope that helps you in some way.
