Can't seem to find mod issue For instant crashing : V

Honestly it is probably something stupid I overlooked, twice, but I can't hold back from asking help anymore. When I launch Skyrim through SKSE on the NMM, it will not even reach the gamesas logo, it just crashes to desktop with no error code, but very quickly as if the mopment it tried to launch it failed. I have already reinstalled and downloaded all my mods twice now and I found a few problems in with the first time but still it does not work. All these mods should work together and I have tested them all up to installing pure weather and Purevision ENB and now it crashes again like the first time.

Is there anything I should be aware of that has changed with ENBs in the last month because I had all these mods working a month ago now every time I try to fresh install (twice in the past day) it still failes... Driving me crazy lol. I am using version 0.261 as instructed by Purevision ENB. Along with all ini edits for mods.

Even Wrye Bash doesn't detect any problems... What is going on? lol Thanks for taking a look.

Open your mod list in Wyre Bash,

It's almost 99% chance that its a missing master, could be a master out of order. You can tell which mods are missing they're masters.

Make sure you didn't untick a mod.

Nah all are checked and green, I actually just found this in my skyrim directory that wasn't there last time, a log.txt file and it said this:

full path: C:\games\steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\
redirecting CreateDevice
initialising shader environment
D3DXCreateEffectFromFile failed
try to use "c:\games\steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim" for shader files

Looks like an ENB issue, and would explain why unchecking all my mods didn't work when I tried to find the issue through esp/esms... GOnna check this real quick..

Edit: OMG, I don't know how DirectX 9 wasn't installed, I thought it did it through steam... Apparently not, everything is working great now, ugh I spent a whole day off tyring to fix this haha, thanks though. Mods can close this topic.
