Everytime I try to get the game going I get a "Setup Error. No language configued." message and I can't launch a set up. I've gone into my device manager and made sure everything good and in the right region but still nothing.

I got the disk because my net is bad and I thought this would be better than waiting 20 hours for it to DL off steam. So. Anyone know of any fixes for this or work arounds?

Do you have a language set in Windows? What version of Windows do you have?

You can try manually copy and pasting the data off of the optical disk and then running the setup file (from the copied folder path).

I have the language set up in Windows and I'm running 8.1.

Not sure how to do that other thing you mentioned though.
