Wanting to play as a sniper with high sneak i see we can go into sneak in power armor but will it still be quiet or possible to play stealth build inside Power armor?.

I do know you can sneak in power armor. If its bulk makes extra noise that makes it easier to be heard and seen I dont know. Sneaking is much harder in this game so far, coming from a player who exclusively plays sneaky characters in past games. Main reason is you no longer are shown where close enemies are unless they first become alerted. Fun getting used to, good luck doing it in power armor.

As a side note I have only found one power core thing for my armor so its probably unlikely your going to be able to use your armor exclusively early to mid game.

Sneaking success is affected by armor weight, so I would guess that even if sneaking in power armor is technically possible, it will be very ineffective. Which makes sense, of course--an inability to be stealthy is probably the most common-sense drawback to a suit like that.

hmm... you even can install a stealth-mod for sneaking^^ so i think sneaking in PA wouldn't be so bad at all^^

No but if you are far enough away they won't know where you are maby sneak attack will work, I don't know I'm not a sniper.

Thanks for info as for power cores have over 30 so they not much of a problem also u can buy them one location had 4 in a ammo box.

would you mind *spoiler* me where you can buy the cores?
