I could've sworn i heard something early on when skyrim was first announced that in Skyrim you would be able to paint a symbol on your weapons and armour and also get tattoos.

On weapons, armor and other items it's called decals, not much is known about them, probably uses a lot in game, think all the guard armor in Oblivion beeing the same mesh but difrent decals for cities.
It's probably used to add variation and we might be able to select them then we craft items.

I dont remember anything having to do with decals or paint on weapons and armor,.......specify source pls because I think that is bull my friends,... I am on here day in day out watching for this stuff and I would so love to hear that so I would remember it,,.... pls direct to source.
