Can someone change my name?

Can someone from Crytek change my name? I don't want to have an e-mail for my username and i don't even know how i got it as username. And apparently i'm not the only one as i've seen few others with the same thing.

Have sent 2 requests to support and in what, 1 week time, no response. Have sent PM to someone from Crytek here and still nothing.

I don't quite get the point of being able to delete your own account but you can't use that username or e-mail ever again. What's even worse, you can't even change e-mail. Why!? I'm now tied to this stupid username, i can't make another account with this mail which is obviously my main one. And because it will tie my game key to it i still haven't tried multiplayer because of it.

So if anyone from Crytek is reading this, check my 2 requests that i sent to support or send my a PM so i'll tell you what name i want instead of e-mail address as a name...

I gave up and re-registered another account. Support seems to be gone with the wind. Unfortunately I also deleted my email as user name account (which was even worse than leaving the account). I must say this forum software is less than stellar (or maybe just configured badly). For one it will not let you reuse the email for the account you just deleted. Note that there is a warning now. Also the user registration process had problems with chrome. Specifically some flash objects that would not activate properly.

i also have this problem but the thing is i have the limited edition code redeemed on this account so i dont really want to create a new account and lose that.

Ah, yeah, I never registered the bonus codes on that account. I thought support would get back to me and fix the account issue.

So if you have registered codes with the account then yeah, hope for support, but don't hold your breath.
