Can someone explain FCOM for me, and how to install it?

I thought FCOM was a compilation of those 4 big mods, how come you need to install all of them seperately than install FCOM?

To make the four big mods work together requires the addition of several other plugins and resources (mods).

How to install it is spelled out in the FCOM thread.

If you're new to mods, I strongly recommend not installing FCOM.

FCOM is the mediator that allows them to work together without conflicting so hard your game explodes.

You asked about OOO in the other thread. Here's the release thread: http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1186319-relz-oscuros-oblivion-overhaul-133/. It comes with an excellent readme, which also is available online, via http://devnull.sweetdanger.net/OOO/OOO_Guide.html. Install OOO 1.33 Complete (as you seem to be doing) and patch it with OOO 1.34 Beta 5, which is the latest and most stable release.
