Can someone explain me the dispel magic system?

Hi, i working on a lesser power that should dispelled when hitting the power button again (with he lesser power equipped) .
I looked into the night eye spell but i cant get the idea from it what i figured out is.
there are 2 spells "night eye" and "night eye dispel" . the dispel one has no effect in it, so i guess by recasting the night eye spell the dispel one get activated.
under the magic effect option there is the "keywords" part where it states "magicnighteye" but the keyword is a simple word.

What i want to know if my lesser power is called "auditory" and name a keyword "auditory" and set in on "dispel effects with these keywords" active will it be just recastet or it will dispell. i tryd it nut nothing happend (did i do it right?).
And by having 2 spells one normal and one dispell i guess teh is a script that says "if night spell 1 on then cast spell night dispell" but since i have literally no idea how scripting works and even the tuts didnt bring me further.
So i request help.

this is my mod at the moment: the issue is with the auditory lesser power.

Nightseye uses a script to toggle itself, and the 'NightEyeEffectDispel' magic effect isn't used at all. I don't know if the 'Dispel Effect with these Keywords' does anything, possibly not and even if it did it might not function on itself.

'Dispel effects with these keywords' most definately does something.

It looks for active effects on the affected target that share the same keyword as the effect which has "Dispel" checked and then removes those effects if it finds them.

For example, Magic Cloak effects are all checked for "Dispel" and all have the MagicCloak keyword attached to them. That means that casting one cloak will remove any other cloaks in effect on the character, effectively limiting you to 1 cloak at a time even if you try to use different elements.

Cloak effects are also given the "WISpellDangerous" keyword. Which means they also dispel any spells that share that keyword. Which is why (by default anyway) cloak spells will cause your summons to disappear when used. Summons also have the "WISpellDangerous" keyword. So when the cloak is cast, it sees a summon marked with that keyword and removes it from your character.
