He carries like one stem pack ect ect. IMHO i think the caravans die to much, at least they do in my game. what about your games? ive already set them all to essencial.

and thanks in advance for helping me

There's a mod I grabbed off of fallout3nexus titled Essential Followers and Caravans. Since I've had it, I haven't had a problem with the caravans dying. I do agree though that they die too often in the regular game.

i would rather just use a console command if i could . to get just a small mod to work you have to download like 4 programs and almost be a coputerr engineer to get them to work it seems (plus i have the game installed in the programs file) So i dont think a mod can be an option . I already made them all essential =they wont die with console codes . But have tried all i can think of to get the bramon to follow him again . Even when they are standing right next to each other its like they dont know each other. But hey thanks for at least responding and trying to help :icecream:

Go into the CS and have both the Brahmin and the guard set to respawn if they're killed. The merchants might go without their escorts for a short while but they'll eventually catch up to them.

ResetAI

That simply not true. You don't need any programs really though one at least, FOMM, is highly recommended. And the process is so simple for most mods that a chimpanzee could do it.

(plus i have the game installed in the programs file) So i dont think a mod can be an option .

Just move the game somewhere else, or turn off UAC.

ok thanks for the help all . but i could of sworn when checking the mods it said you needed some program named
"invalid invalidated" or something like that and the " fomm " and there was one for " merging different mods together " and last the actuall mod itself? i may of read it wrong. or it is possible that a chimp is smarter then me too lol :brokencomputer: But thanks again everyone for the help. And iirc none of them even have thier guards anymore but being unkillable i guess they are not really needed . its just wolfgangs bramon just stays at canabery commons eating . i think the reset AI will do the trick .

Archive invalidation is one of things that FOMM does so that's all you'll need for that sort of thing. No extra program is needed. Plus it's only needed if you're replacing any of the default textures in the game, which most mods don't do. Certainly not one that does what you want here. And the one that merges mods together isn't necessary at all unless you're running into some conflicts or have a few too many mods loaded. It's a tool that's available to improve the modding experience but it's certainly not a requirement. No programs are for the most part, you can simply stick the files in your Data folder then use the ingame menu to activate them. That's not an ideal way of doing things however, so getting a few tools to work with will improve your situation. The only thing that is a requirement for certain mods is FOSE, Fallout Script Extender. It adds new script functions that allows some mods to do something that normally wouldn't be possible. But not all mods use those extra functions and so don't require FOSE. In fact most don't, though the ones that do tend to be the best ones out there. You're really selling yourself short by being paranoid about using mods. If you were to spend a little bit of time with them, you'd realize that it's not as difficult as you think it is, and you would be able to greatly expand on your game.
