Can someone please tell me why Fallout 4 is listed at $

At Canadian retailers.

With the current USD to CAD conversion, $60 USD is $73.96 CAD, not $79.99. With Canadas already abhorrent prices on video games, this is just adding insult to injury.

Unless one of the fans that frequent this forum is a Canadian retailer, the best you can hope for is speculation.

It could just be a filler number, a price swapped in from a special edition, or the actual price.
For a game series that gives several hundred hours per game it certainly beats battlefield and others for hours per dollar.
Of course you can always wait a few months for it to go on sale if it really bugs you.

Canada, the EU and the UK always get far higher prices than the US. In the UK you pay more pounds than the Americans pay dollars even though the pound is worth a lot more. So you end up paying far more than Americans.

And sadly they translate Dollar:Euro as 1:1... allways... :( 100 Dollar are NOT 100 Euro.

Haha, yes the price in Euros for me is 59,99 Euros BUT I live in Sweden so that would mean 554,89 Kronor, while the 59,99 Dollars it costs in the US would mean 493,83 Kronor. Sooo, had I been able to pay the price in dollars I would have saved myself

60 Kronors or so.
