I know I can get it from the OOO package, but not separately--and I don't want to fiddle with my FCOM installation. Can someone please upload that specific .esp for me? I'm trying to remove OOO's drop lit torches, so that I can use the OBSE version and increase the lighting range.

Not sure if it's needed. I'm not using OOO-DLT_Remover.esp and DLT OBSE seems to work just fine anyway.
