The cinematic played after I loaded the game, but I can't seem to find it to play it again

I see what you mean. It does work to start again. I was hoping it was available on the disk as a stand alone file, or something similar.

If you're on PC there's a file called Fallout Intro in the Video folder. It's probably the one you're looking for. The only problem is that it's in a non-standard format;- it's a BIK file. I've not found a program that'll play it, but I haven't looked very hard.

You mean the intro video? just let the Title screen untouched for a few minutes and it will start alone B)

you could YouTube it. That won't solve the issue but you'll get to see it.
