On consoles - 30fps looks smoother, or semi-smooth whereas on pc 30fps would just be a game-killer?

Console games are smaller the PS3 version is barely 6gb
where is the PC version is nearly 3 times that 17GB according to Ea Origin

I guess it has to to do with that in terms of data compression all that tech stuff

Sit at least 15ft further away from ur pc monitor and play with controler.Bingo all smooth.To make it more smooth reduce ur monitor refresh rate to 30hz instead of 60.

hardware is different in consoles and PCs that is why
pcs use software like drivers, console does not use.
