Hello today I recently completed the quest to destroy the institute by siding with the brotherhood of steel. After planting the bomb and deciding on whether to allow the child to come with you, I was teleported to the top of the building where you watch the destruction of the institute and then pressed the button and watched it unfold. I then sat through and listened to the dialogue of the narrator. It then came back to the game and then an objective came on the screen which said to speak to Elder Maxson. I went up to him and clicked x and then nothing happened and no dialogue options came up between him and I. Clueless and desperate since I only have been quicksaving for a while I did a multitude of things with no success.

1. I loaded the most recent save up before the detonation.

2. I updated the game.

3. I exited it out of the game.

4. I restarted my console.

5. I tried waiting in the chair.

I attempted to fast travel in and out as well but it did not let me fast travel to any location as it said fast travel was unavailable from the current location. Please help me resolve this issue. I looked up everywhere with no success and support emails directed me to these forums.
