Can spouses move more than once? : V

I am going to marry Mjoll because I love her. I plan to stay in the Markarth house for a long time until I build a Hearthfire house. Will she move to Markarth and then move to the Hearthfire house or should I wait to marry her when the Hearthfire house is ready?
