I've been using mods but it's only doing this on one of my characters, I have --/-- where my action points are supposed to be in the pip-boy, when I use VATS, the bar shows full but just flashes when I try to target. I've tried removing all armor, emptying my inventory completely and nothing works. The thing is if I go back to a previous save, when just leaving the vault it works fine, leaving the same mods activated so I'm just at a loss.

edit: forgot to mention, she gets out of breath just looking at the pip-boy. heavy breathing all the time when placing objects at settlements. super annoying.

You probably broke something somewhere.

Did you use console commands at any time that might have caused it?

What mods were you running, and does disabling them fix it?

Disabling mods doesn't fix it, I've used lots of console commands but none that should affect something like this. The same character back at a sanctuary save works fine with all the mods enabled.

Sounds like one of the mods (or a errant console command) has reduced your AP to zero or possibly negative.

Holy Guacamole! What does your status screen say? Are there any icons in the top left corner of the status page? The reason you have no action points is that your Agi is -6.

Edit: It almost looks like you have some serious addiction going on. Do you have any Addictol in your aid items?

Your Endurance is at -5. Since your action points are determined by Endurance, I would say that's your problem. Try curing addictions.

That's pretty messed up. Have you tried reloading a previous save to where your character does NOT have negative SPECIAL scores? Fixing those thru console commands (especially without knowing how it happened or what caused it) would be sketchy at best.

Oh right, Agility determines how many AP you have and Endurance determines how fast AP drops while sprinting. My bad.
