So i bought the Legendary edition today and was super hyped to play. I got NMM and installed a few mods and was ready to play. When it opened up I started in the front of the cart behind the horse. All of the NPC's seemed to have stayed where they are. And as a result the gates won't open so i can get my head chopped off.

I hope i did this right.

Warzones is very problematic. Would remove and replace with Immersive Patrols and Extended Ecounters.

I would suggest that you install all the Unofficial Patches.

I would suggest as well to use LOOT for your sorting tool, looks like this has not been done to some of the mods and install Wrye Bash for building a bashed patch for making the mods play nicely together.

Last but not least Clean your dirty DLC's with TES5Edit.

You should just disable your mods and start a new character. See what happens on the first game sequence.

Are you sure your Radeon 5770 can handle the additional NPCs from your Warzone mod.

Have you checked if your mods are compatible. ???
