I hope it works more like Tenchu 2 though, which for those who never played basically had the player crouch near a dead enemy and grab the collar of the enemy clothing/armour (behind the neck), then you could drag the corpse wherever. As much as I liked the manipulating physics 'grab' in Ob/Fallout3 it svcked for moving bodies. :S

They need to add the ability to drag them through doors.

Of course we will. I just hope it's somewhere in between Oblivion and Fallout... In Oblivion, even with 100 strength you couldnt lift a tiny old woman's corpse off the ground. However, in Fallout they flail about effortlessly as if almost weightless. :/

with the big push to the third person perspective, i cant see this feature being the same as in oblivion. probably will change it so it looks realistic in 3rd person. i cant remember now, but did corpses impact npc behavior? did they notice it? i hope npcs (especially peaceful citydwelling type) will behave realistically when seeing a corpse

In Morrowind you could dispose of the body

I hope they implement that. Because i hated killing someone in a city and just having to step over them for years afterward whenever i went to that area.

i had no idea that in OB you could move corpses!
maybe i just thought the bodies should stay as they were... maybe i'll attempt to put the dead body in it's bed so it looks like they died in their sleep? :S

I hope so. It would be good if they added a feature where you actually hefted them on to your shoulders and carried them like that. Thief series style.

I don't think that they will be removing this feature from skyrim. It is just too fun to not use, adds insult to death when you move the bodies of your fallen enemies :gun:

Particularly when stripped of their gear...
Those poor house Telvanni guards, lol. Shouldn't have worn such fancy armor.

Excuse your double post.

I would be very sad if this feature was removed.

I wouldn't mind seeing bodies deteriorate over time to bones, I guess a morbid trophy of a past battle. The guards come along with stretchers to pick up the dead and take them to the grave yard where a grave marker would show up. Perhaps there are fights, brawls, muggings, highwaymen, faction, tribal wars going on all the time. Eventually you would come across the remains of those skirmishes to claim the loot. There would be say, a time frame in which you could approach the corpse(s) before a yellow tinge would show up around the screen indicating that cadaverine is in the air.
