I can't store items in chests or containers anymore after the patch was released. Anybody else have this problem. I am using 360 controller.

Have you tried restarting?... if so, it could be a corrupted game save

If you are playing on the PC i may have the sollution.

My game was even worse, it wasn't even starting... The game loaded til the Bethesda Logo appears than it crashed..

My solution was simple:

1- Go to your steam library
- Right click TES: Skyrim
- Go to Properties - Local Files - Click "Verify Integrity of Game Cache".

2- Delete all the mods you are using
- "Install" them again
- Run the game.

I did this and worked. :D
Note: You need to to Both "1" and "2" ..

Yeah, restarted and used different saves. Started right after game was patched. O freaking well I guess. Have a crap load of items I need to store also. Found this also on Steam forum looks like I'm not the only one.

I had that issue storing books on my bookshelf in my Breeze house. I loaded up my last save. Also had an issue where I put books on the book shelf and they disappeared. Again I re-loaded and no issues.
