There was a thread on this a while back, but so far, no one has found it. Probably doesn't exist.
Trailers always lie.
Except when they don't. But yeah, it lied.

exactly when the game was released i looked for her everywhere later found out she doesn't exist in the game. bethesda is best at Trolling
Why is everyone so much after that barmaid. She doesn't appear special to me in any way.
She looks pretty good, I'm surprised she is not around, as in why remove her and the bar?
Only reason might be that the bar did not fit the location, you notice most bars are very alike with some exceptions like Riften and Whiterun.
I think a game version of it does exist but it wouldn't look exactly like that no. My guess is it's near Markarth
So the moral is never believe what Bethesda say, in other circumstances that could be called advertising under false pretences.
You might as well return to board games with that logic. Developers that don't put suddenly-disappearing content in trailers can probably be count with one hand.

A bartender that doesn't exist, a conversation you don't have with him, an asari that doesn't exist, a conversation you don't have, outlaw space stations, a whole planet that got scrapped... Yeah, Bethesda is the only company that has trailers and demos that don't exist in the game world.
Isn't it the cliff from near the place where you get archery lessons for free?
Angi's Camp, I think that's what it was called.
I just noticed, her hairstyle doesn't exist either...
Her dress is just the normal Barmaid outfit i think.
My bad, it is the normal barmaid outfit. However, that barmaid might actually be an early version/placeholder of Saadia. The redguard skintones hadn't been created yet when that screenshot was released and the tavern itself may have been an early version of the Bannered Mare. Replace the split bar in the screen shot with a longer single bar and it's quite similar to the Bannered Mare bar area.
I don't think it technically exists in that exact form at least, but if it did, I'd say it's in Falkreath (southern Jerall Mountain range).
Isn't it funny how catching glimpses of things that we don't quite have makes them become so desirable? (to some at least)
Just looking at that unexciting image of the barmaid in an unseen bar makes me disappointed.
I figure it's because everyone is SO accustomed to nearly every inch of Skyrim's world by now, that the slightest glimpse of anything new/different is exciting.
Nothing gets me more disappointed/longing than looking at some of the concept art though.
Maybe part of the enthusiasm for this bar stems from the fact that the inns/bars are all the same with a couple exceptions. It's too bad they didn't have time, or make it a priority, to take the existing graphic elements and reconfigure them for a dozen different interiors. It's clearly possible - the Bannered Mare come to mind.
In the big picture, it doesn't matter. The game is still tons of fun, but it would have been really neat. Too bad they can't work this into a patch or something (we don't need to go there, I know, Bethesda isn't working on Skyrim anymore).
