Can this be added : Fallout 4

I was upset to see fallout 4 didn't have the ability to let my player have Heterochromia eyes like me can this be added in?

Just did a search on nexus and searched heterochromia, and a few mods came up, so if you're on PC, you got that option.

I want a mod that lets me have no eyes.

Vats hit chance=0%*luck score level...so always 0%
