Can't Train Glass Smithing

I currently have 74 smithing but the glass Smithing perk is still grey. What gives?

try rebooting could be a bug. req is 70 smith so you should be good.

I'm an idiot. Didn't realize you have to train the skills leading up to glass smithing also.
