My computer isn't that great, but runs the game fairly well on bumped down high settings. But HDR needs to be turned off. I managed to do it once before, but now I can't get it off. I have it turned off on the launcher. I edited fallout.ini to have the same BlurShader/HDR settings as falloutprefs.ini, then set it back to read only. It's always still on in the game. How the heck do I get it to go away?

If I select bloom in the launcher, this happens.

make sure your fallout.ini and falloutprefs.ini are not marked as read only. It is in the docs and settings/username/my documents/mygames/ falloutnv folder

fallout.ini is the only one that gets flagged as read only. Unchecking read only, then starting the launcher causes it to become read only again. Starting the launcher, unchecking read only, setting bloom/HDR to off, then starting the game doesn't change the HDR.

Reinstalled and it's still happening...
