Can't use chat : Crysis

Hi, I'm a french player and sometimes, when I press "Y" to open the chat, I can't write anything in the chat, there is no letters that appears ...
I have to quit the game and to restart it, and then I can type messages ...
Can you help me to fix this bug ?

Some servers had disabled chat...

That's not this problem, because other people can chat.
I'm playing on TGONE's server and sometimes I can chat and sometimes I can't...
