Can I use the GECK to remove a spawn point?

I'm fed up with the carnage at the Regulator HQ, I never go there without there being fight involving at minimum a rad-scorpion, a raider and a death claw. Inside there's non-stop succession of the wasteland's most dangerous characters and I think they've managed to kill all the residents apart from Cruz who ran away sometime ago.

From what I've read there's a spawn point somewhere nearby and I'd like to remove it so on my next play through the Regulators can have a bit of peace. Is this possible?

Pretty sure you can, but you would have to locate it - further, I would suggest disabling it rather than deleting it.

Otherwise, take a peek at these:

http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11853 (just removes the nearby spawn points, but I would probably suggest running 'Undelete and Disable' in FO3Edit on it just to be safe if they built it poorly)
http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=12239 (removes the spawn points, puts the Brahmin in a pen, and adds some sandbag placements around the place, would say you probably want to do the same as the other with FO3Edit)
